An agency-born tool, not a product meeting.
Couac isn't a VC startup that did a fly-by of the agency world. It's the tool we built for ourselves at G3W, because getting "the button doesn't work" by WhatsApp at 11 PM had run its course.
Origin
G3W is an independent web agency in Lyon, founded by Gianito Riesterer. We ship e-commerce sites, SaaS platforms and redesigns for clients who have neither a product team nor a Linear workspace. The recurring pattern: a client writes that "something is off," we spend 20 minutes reconstructing context, and half the time it's just a browser extension breaking everything.
The trigger
We tried Ybug, Marker.io, BugHerd. Good products, but none spoke MCP, none was built for AI agents, and none respected our client on the invoice (third-party cookies, aggressive dashboard branding, per-seat pricing that explodes). We wrote the first version of Couac in a weekend. Today, we are opening it progressively by invitation.
What we stand for
The client is a guest, not a lead.
No third-party cookie on shared boards. No upsell in the widget. No dark pattern.
The AI agent is a teammate.
Couac exposes a native MCP server. Claude or Cursor can read, comment, create tickets. With you, not in your place.
The widget is honest.
Async, defer, zero tracker. We only see what the user voluntarily captures.
The price is published.
Three planned plans, in plain sight, at the bottom of the homepage. Payments will open once the first accounts have validated the product.
The team
Small team based in Lyon. Gianito (product, code, design), backed by G3W's tooling and the first teams using Couac who report what breaks. To reach us: [email protected]. We answer, often the same day.
