Who we are

Couac is operated by G3W, a French EURL with share capital € 1,000, 49 rue Longefer, 69008 Lyon, France, RCS Lyon 933 694 689. For privacy questions, reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account data: your email, optional name, and authentication records (sessions, magic-link verifications).
  • Project data: the projects, tickets, comments, screenshots and metadata that you (or your visitors via the widget) submit.
  • Operational data: server logs and rate-limit counters retained for up to 30 days, MCP audit logs retained for 90 days. Couac site page views are counted by day and page path, without a visitor identifier; the widget installed on customer sites is not used for marketing tracking.

Voice and video transcription

When you record a video with the microphone, audio is sent to Mistral AI through Couac servers to produce a transcript. Only audio is sent for this operation, without video images or reporter contact details. The text is added to the description and remains editable before submission. The video and description follow the feedback retention period; Couac does not retain an additional audio copy. Live dictation uses the browser’s service, which may process speech remotely. You can turn the microphone off and type your text.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't train AI models on your tickets or screenshots.
  • We don't place advertising or analytics cookies on shared boards.

Your rights

You can export your data, rectify any field, restrict processing, or request erasure at any time. The most direct: the Account tab, “Danger zone” section, which permanently deletes everything. For any other request, email [email protected], we respond within 30 days.

International transfers

The site, the Postgres database and application compute are hosted in France by SAS PulseHeberg (Toulon). Screenshots are stored on OVH Object Storage (Paris). Transactional emails are sent via Amazon SES (eu-west-3 region, Paris). Any transfer outside the EEA relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
