Who we are

Couac is operated by G3W, a French SAS with share capital € 1,000, 49 rue Longefer, 69008 Lyon, France, RCS Lyon 933 694 689. For privacy questions, reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data: your email, optional name, and authentication records (sessions, magic-link verifications).
• Project data: the projects, tickets, comments, screenshots and metadata that you (or your visitors via the widget) submit.
• Operational data: server logs and rate-limit counters retained for up to 30 days, MCP audit logs retained for 90 days.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't train AI models on your tickets or screenshots.
• We don't place advertising or analytics cookies on shared boards.

Your rights

You can export your data, rectify any field, restrict processing, or request erasure at any time. The fastest path is Account → Danger zone which permanently deletes everything. For other requests email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.

International transfers

The site, the Postgres database and application compute are hosted in France by SAS PulseHeberg (Toulon). Screenshots are stored on Cloudflare R2 (EU region). Transactional emails are sent via Brevo (EU region). Any transfer outside the EEA relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
