The service

Couac is a visual feedback and bug tracking service offered as a SaaS. During the no-payment launch phase, access follows the mode displayed on the site and no payment is collected.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to embed the widget on the domains you add to a project.
• You must respect applicable laws when capturing screenshots: do not collect feedback on third-party pages without consent.
• Do not abuse the service to send spam, harass others, or store unlawful content.

Availability

We aim for high availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced on the status page when applicable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

French law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lyon, France.
